Thank you for shopping with impetusys. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery estimates, and important information for both domestic and international orders. Please review it carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Processing Time

We process and prepare orders for shipment within 7-15 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons and promotional events, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your package leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reputable carriers to provide reliable shipping options. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and begin from the date of shipment.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or local postal service handling times.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $85. International shipping rates vary by country and are displayed during checkout.
For orders under $40, a flat rate of **$15 USD** will be charged
For orders under $85, a flat rate of **$9.9 USD** will be charged 
(rates may vary based on weight and destination; please refer to the checkout page).

4. International Shipping & Customs Information

We ship to numerous countries worldwide. Important information for international customers:

  • All international shipments are designated DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

  • You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country

  • These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by your local customs authority or delivery carrier

  • We cannot estimate these fees as they vary by country and are determined by local regulations

  • Non-payment of these fees may result in your package being held, returned, or destroyed by customs

5. Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your purchase. We recommend including:

  • Full name

  • Street address with apartment/suite number

  • City, state/province, and postal code

  • Country

  • Valid phone number

We cannot modify addresses after an order has been submitted. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will require an additional shipping payment for reshipment.

6. Package Protection & Issue Resolution

All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit. If you encounter any issues:

Lost Packages: Contact us if your tracking shows no updates for 15+ business days after the shipment date.

Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon delivery. Report damage within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging.

Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery if items are missing from your package.

We will assist with carrier investigations and arrange for replacements or refunds as appropriate.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@impetusys.com. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or redirected.
